Before starting Apogee, our Director, Steven Barrett, ran a main contracting construction company that carried out many refurbishments, new builds, specialist material installations and much more.

BRIXTON RECREATION CENTRE
Replacement glazing to the pool area
STATUS: Main Contractor
DURATION: 4 weeks
LOCATION: Brixton
We were engaged by the leisure centre's Contracts Manager Tundi at the time, to repair/replace the glazing in the swimming pool area. A complex operation over an operational pool. All the old glazed windows were repaired or replaced without the need to close the pool.

PRIMARY SCHOOL EXTENSION BLOCK
New assembly hall, classrooms & toilets
STATUS: Contractor
DURATION: 7 months
LOCATION: Morden
We were engaged as Lead Contractor below the construction management team, to help deliver the extension block to the school with new classrooms, assembly hall and toilet block. There was sub-contracting of the ground works, superstructure & MEP. We helped to complete the roofing, glazing, internal fit-outs, flooring & decorating.
